My experience with Bill Bannister Estate Agents has been simply incredible. Unfortunately my first property fell through through no fault of Bill Bannister's. It was a very upsetting time and no matter how many times I telephoned during the day the staff, especially Jane, Fiona, Trudy, Kitty and Jess were there for me. Always highly professional but kind, caring and compassionate at the same time. Bill's team is really like a family. I felt like they really cared about me and put themselves out to give me the best service they could. I am now settled in the dearest property I could have ever wished for. To be honest I am still pinching myself. I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart and to say I will never forget how hard you worked for me.
