Bill Bannister

Bill has worked as an Estate Agent in Redruth since 1970 and spent 25 years in Senior Management with a corporate agency. He is a fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Valuers and Auctioneers. He has extensive knowledge of the area and is qualified to sell your home by private treaty or auction, if required.

Jane Thomas

Jane has worked as an Estate Agent in Redruth for over 10 years. She has been with Bill since the business started in 2011. Born in Redruth, she has a very good local knowledge. Jane deals with the day to day running of the office.

Morwenna Bilham

After completing her A levels at Truro College, Morwenna decided to pursue a career with us in the property industry. Working as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Morwenna is enjoying developing her skills in both estate agency and the busy lettings department.

Trevor Bedells

Trevor has been employed in the local property industry since the late 1980's, and is vastly experienced having worked in both the commercial/business transfer sectors, in addition to a number of years in Redruth and district residential market. He has been with Bill Bannister, whom he has known for over 20 years, since 2013 and his main responsibilities include property valuations/appraisals and new property listings.

Sarah Turner

Sarah has worked for Bill Bannister’s for more than a year as part of the Lettings team carrying out inspections and creating inventories for their managed properties. Sarah has now taken over as Lettings Manager and brings more than 20 years of property experience to the role.

Mel Peters

Mel has worked in Estate Agency since 1988, starting as an office junior for a corporate agency. She joined Bill Bannister Estate Agents in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of administration in the property sales department.

Trudy Sharp

Born and raised in Redruth, Trudy has joined our successful lettings department and is in charge of carrying out inspections, exit reports and creating inventories for our managed properties.

Jo Perry

Jo joined us in January 2018 to manage the accounts for our lettings department. She has many years’ experience in accounts, previously working in local solicitors’ practices as a legal cashier and cost drafter.
