Bill has worked as an Estate Agent in Redruth since 1970 and spent 25 years in Senior Management with a corporate agency. He is a fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Valuers and Auctioneers. He has extensive knowledge of the area and is qualified to sell your home by private treaty or auction, if required.
Jane has worked as an Estate Agent in Redruth for over 10 years. She has been with Bill since the business started in 2011. Born in Redruth, she has a very good local knowledge. Jane deals with the day to day running of the office.
Sarah has worked for Bill Bannister’s since 2017 and manages the Lettings Department. With over 25 years working within the Property Industry, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Mel has worked in Estate Agency since 1988, starting as an office junior for a corporate agency. She joined Bill Bannister Estate Agents in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of administration in the property sales department.
Born and raised in Redruth, Trudy joined our successful lettings department in 2018 and has now moved over to the sales department. She is responsible for carrying out property valuations, new property listings and negotiating sales.
Fiona joined the sales team in April 2021, having purchased her property through Bill Bannister two years before. Fiona is office based and books most of the viewing appointments and deals with general enquiries.
Catherine has lived in Cornwall for over 20 years after moving from the Cotswolds. She was looking for a new challenge after 15 years in Retail and joined Bill Bannister Estate Agents in April 2021 as a Lettings Assistant.
Dan went to Redruth school and bought his first home in Redruth 40 years ago. Dan has worked in the property industry for most of his career initially as a negotiator and trainee surveyor in Truro and later as a trainer on software systems for letting agents and estate agents covering all aspects of the business and has worked with thousands of clients all over the country and abroad. He joined Bill Bannister’s in 2025, carrying out rental inspections as part of the lettings team.
Angie joined the lettings team in 2025 as an Administrator and deals with all compliance and maintenance issues for our managed properties. She is a people person with over 10 years administration experience working in the charity sector with a keen interest in property so is looking forward to developing her career within the property sector and the new challenges ahead. She loves animals and nature and in her spare time enjoys walking and spending time with family.
Originally from the Midlands area, Steve joined the sales office team in November 2024. With a comprehensive background in customer facing roles in both retail and trade associations coupled with supply chain and distribution experience, Steve is involved in property viewings alongside administration for properties coming onto the market.
Gemma joined the sales team in June 2025 after buying a property through Bill Bannister. She has lived in Cornwall all her life and wanted a new challenge after working in pharmacy for 5 years. Gemma's role involves carrying out viewings, photographing properties and dealing with enquiries in the sales office.
