From the start when meeting Bill and then talking to Trudy I felt really confident that Bill and his Team had my best interests in hand. My purchase took a little bit longer but Trudy kept me informed throughout. Customer service is important to me being self-employed for over 40 years but they scored well beyond my expectations.
